Can Tarhom

In the delicatessen shop Cal Tarhom, located in the main street of Collsuspina, we make traditional quality sausages.
Our specialities are: llonganissa and somaia (Catalan dry-cured pork sausages), bull d’ou, bull negre, bull farcit (type of cooked pork Catalan sausages) and raw sausages, egg sausages and blood sausages.
