Farms where organic farming and livestock farming practices have been implemented since 1992. The production, under the control of the Catalan Council for Agricultural Organic Production (CCPAE) consists of:

1. Meat of yearling calf (over 12-month-old calf)
2. Cereal (spelt, rye and oat)
