Sosa Ingredients SL is one of the main manufacturers of premium ingredients for gastronomy and patisserie in Spain.
The company started in 1967 as a family business producing artisan biscuits and traditional Catalan Christmas products. Later on, in the 70s, Sosa broadened its product range by including ingredients for ice creams, which became a line of premium products for ice creams during the 80s.
In 2000, the company started producing ingredients for gastronomy and pastry-making, by introducing nuts. Later on, their line of products included freeze-dried fruit, texturisers, natural plant extracts, natural flavours and many other products.
Currently we export our products to over 50 countries.
Sosa’s main aim is to continually broaden and improve its product lines, always giving the utmost importance to innovation and top technology.
