The Moià Museum. Rafael Casanova’s House

Located in the house where Rafael Casanova (ca. 1660 - 1743) was born, Councillor in Chief of the city of Barcelona and a hero of its defence during the siege by the Bourbon troops in 1714. Besides explaining Rafael Casanova’s biography, the museum also houses the Historical Archive and the Archaeological and Palaeontological Museum of Moià, which features archaeological collections, mainly originating from the Toll Caves.
