Puig Caritat

It is the most important hill in the municipality and it is situated behind the village. From the Collet de Sant Pere (small mountain pass) there is a track and a path that go up the hill (the ascent from the village takes about 1 hour - 2.5 km – with a difference in level of 140 m). With a height of 1.010 m, it offers an excellent outlook over the Pyrenees, a viewpoint which makes it possible to make out the three main peaks of the Eastern Pyrenees: Carlit, Puig Pedrós and Puigmal. In a straight line, you cannot see a higher peak before Moncayo.
