Ever since 1992, when we started the herd of cattle in Trullàs, Calders, our goal has always been to obtain veal in the most environmentally-friendly way, using the natural resources of the livestock from our farm.
Our veal has been certified with the CCPAE stamp since 1999, which guarantees that all our production complies with organic stockbreeding regulations.

All the fodder, cereal and pastures are certified with the CCPAE stamp, which guarantees all the stockbreeding process.

Our veal is sold exclusively to traditional butchers’ where the traceability of organic products from farm to consumer is guaranteed.
